THE HSD SERIES OVERVIEW

Choose your flavor in the HSD series, designed to 'Haul Stuff Daily' or be whatever suits your fancy! There are three models to choose from in the HSD lineup, all fitting well within Tern's description of the HSD as 'enormously useful, surprisingly smaller.' The all-new HSD is the GSD's little sister, offering a smaller overall footprint and lively ride. All three models of the HSD come equipped with 20" wheels.

The HSD P9 offers a lower price tag ($3499) with the Bosch Active Line Plus motor, 400Wh battery and 9-speed gearing. Bump up to the HSD S8i ($4099) and you'll find a Shimano Nexus 8-speed internally geared hub and ultra low-maintenance Gates carbon belt drive versus a traditional chain and derailleur setup. Finally, the HSD S+ ($5499) offers a more powerful motor (Bosch Performance Line), 500Wh battery versus 400Wh, automatic shifting with the Enviolo 380 sport hub, Gates carbon belt drive, and Cane Creek Thudbuster suspension seatpost.
