We had bike shipped to us. It was well packaged and arrived in great shape. Assembly was minimal and easy. Everything worked. No problems. The Bosch mid-drive system gives the feel of riding a "real" bike. We even tested it with the assist turned off, and didn’t notice any extra drag from the motor.
